Servers & Bartenders 

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guest and respond to requests in a friendly and courteous manner 
• Take/serve orders and answer questions or make recommendations for other products 
• Present menus and help customers select food/beverages 
• Collaborate with other servers/bartenders and kitchen staff 
• Deal with customer complaints or problems with a positive attitude 
• Attend to customers upon entrance

Requirements: 
• Motivated, team player with a sense of urgency and customer service mentality 
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays 
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Knowledge and understanding of the food service/restaurant industry
• Friendly and thorough, assuring product quality and consistency High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Food service/banquet service/bartending experience required.

Banquet & Line Cooks


Banquet Cook Responsibilities:
• Prepare food items required for all banquet events (breakfasts, luncheons, dinners, and special events)
• Follow standard recipes while preparing assigned items for banquet service
• Assist in plating food items for service
• Handle leftovers as instructed
• Clean banquet preparation/serving equipment and assigned work area
• Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices


Line Cook Responsibilities: 
• Prepare food in accordance with club recipes and standards
• Follow standard recipes while preparing assigned items for service
• Assist in plating food items for service
• Handle leftovers as instructed
• Clean  preparation/serving equipment and assigned work area
• Consistently use safe and sanitary food handling practices


Requirements:
• Experience in a high volume production kitchen.  Any combination of education training or experience, Culinary or Apprenticeship preferred
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays REQUIRED
• Knowledge of all kitchen equipment
• Ability to execute food preparation with attention to detail; commitment to consistency is crucial
• Ability to meet high expectations in executing preparation
•Ability to stand and work continuously in confined spaces.
