Can anyone host an event at The Club?
No, to host an event at The Club you have to be a member or have a member sponsor your function?

What information do I need to have before I can reserve a private room?
In order for the Catering Office to reserve the appropriate size room for your event you will need to provide the following information:

• Date of event
• Approximate number of people attending the event
• Time the event will begin
• Will you have entertainment
• What type of service will be required (Seated Meal, Hors d’oeuvres, Bar, etc.)

Can I bring my own food or food from an outside vendor to The Club for my event?
The Club will provide all necessary food service. However, you can bring a specialty cake into the facility.
