The Club has created the following menus as sample menus for events. Menus can be customized to fit your unique style and budget. To view the current menus and pricing information please call Allison Cambre at 326-6990 ext. 122

Sample Dinner Menu #1:

Starter: French Onion Soup
            With bubbly cheese and crouton

Salad: Fresh Spinach Salad
           With chopped egg, tomato wedges, crisp bacon, red onion and cider-bacon vinaigrette

Entrée: Herb Roasted French Chicken Breast with Hunter sauce, potato gratin and steamed pattypan squash medley

Dessert: Lemoncello
             Italian ladyfingers infused with lemoncello and layered with lemon mascarpone mousse
             topped
with powdered sugar 


Sample Dinner Menu #2:

Starter: Crab Cake
            With lemon butter sauce

Salad: Baby Iceberg Lettuce Salad
          ½ head of lettuce with apple smoked bacon, grape tomatoes and shredded carrots and cucumbers

Entrée: Angus Sirloin seared in cast iron skillet with three grilled gulf shrimp and a red wine veal demi-glaze, twice baked potato and bundle of baby vegetables

Dessert: Miniature Dessert Trio
             With N.Y. cheesecake with strawberries, white and chocolate mousse shooter and key lime tartlet.

 

Sample Wedding Reception Hors D’ouevre Menu:

-Chicken, Pesto sun-dried tomato and provolone Bruschetta

-Artisanal Cheese Display
with seeded flatbread crackers and baguette toasts

-The Club Strip Roast Carving station
with horseradish cream and red onion confit

-Sushi Bar 
assorted handmade Maki and Nigiri Sushi with wasabi, soy sauce and premium chilled Saki presentation on tiered ice sculpture

-Mac N’ Cheese Bar 
Lobster Mac N’ Cheese, Truffled Mac N’ Cheese, and fried Mac N’ Cheese with spicy marinara on the side

-Flatbread Pizzetta
Grilled chicken and pesto with provolone cheese
Margherita: marinated roma tomatoes, olive oil, fresh mozzarella and basil
Primavera: squash, zucchini, roasted peppers, tomato sauce and provolone
Pepperonini with tomato sauce and provolone cheese
All pizzettas are served on hot stone tiles with parmesan cheese and chili flakes

-Handmade miniature shredded beef Tamales
with queso fresco, garnished with salsa verde and smoky salsa rojo

-Orzo shrimp Salad
with roasted red peppers, olives, feta cheese, herbs and roasted garlic vinaigrette

-Jerk chicken, pork or beef
on a skewer with pineapple and peppers
