EVENTS SERVICES COORDINATOR
The Club is
a member only club located atop Red Mountain and is presently hiring an
experienced Event Services Coordinator.
This person will be responsible for the planning and coordinating of all
aspects of private events and meeting functions held within The Club.
The successful candidate will foster
relationships with Members who book events so as to maintain repeat business.
This position works closely with the Executive Chef and Banquet Chef when
custom menus as well as the entire management team to communicate and
prepare for upcoming events.

set up, communicate with staff
with member prior to function, make introductions, ensure all arrangements are
strong member relations and ensure event specifications are communicated and
